We can supply most products from the Pelikan range
If you do not see a Pelikan item on our website, visit the main Pelikan website at www.pelikan.com and let us know the details of the item you require
Our preferred method of contact is by e-mail.
If you already know what you want, please feel free to purchase online.
Payment Options
Credit or Debit Card - online purchase - Just add the required items to the cart and follow the instructions online
Online bank transfer - please contact us and we will supply our bank details if you require this payment method
Cheque - Post to us (see Contact Us page) made payable to Niche Pens Limited
Paypal - Paypal payment is an option at the checkout stage.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. Depending on the value of the order, within the UK we post using -
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days)
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For (1-2 working days)
Special Delivery before 1pm next working day
For orders being sent outside of the UK, depending on the value of the order we use -
Airmail - tracking not available (Royal Mail aim to deliver to Western Europe within 3 working days, Eastern Europe within five working days and to the Rest of the World in 5-7 working days)
International Signed For - tracking information available on delivery (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days to Western Europe, 4 working days to Eastern Europe and 5 working days for the Rest of the World)
Airsure (where available, click here to see a list of the countries that mail can be sent to using Airsure - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days to Western Europe, 5 working days to Eastern Europe and 7 working days for the rest of the world)
Tracking number and information are available on request - please allow at least the amount of time shown above for delivery before contacting us for further information.
EUROPE -
All orders which total £19.99 or less, will incur a £3.50 postage and packaging charge.
All orders which total more than £20 will incur a £5.00 postage and packaging charge.
REST OF THE WORLD -
All orders which total £19.99 or less will incur a £5.00 postage and packaging charge.
All orders which total more than £20 will incur a £10.00 postage and packaging charge.
The correct postage will automatically be added to your order at the checkout stage.
VAT and Currency
If you live in the UK or an EU member state, UK VAT at the current applicable rate is included in all product and shipping prices and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage.
If you are not a member of the EU, VAT will automatically be deducted from the total cost of the order in the checkout stage.
