Many of the Pelikan pens which we sell have a traditional style; similarly, Niche Pens Ltd aims to provide a traditional style of service which recognises that most people who choose to write with Pelikan Pens are honest and trustworthy people.  We want to help you make a decision on what is the best pen for your needs; regardless of how long it takes or how many questions you wish to ask us.  Niche Pens Ltd is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. 

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and JCB cards.  We do not accept American Express cards. Alternatively, you may provide your credit card information via phone.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping & Handling
Most items are posted using the Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery service; we have found this to be an excellent service with the vast majority of parcels arriving the next working day.  Some items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail special delivery service which provides an increased level of postal insurance and guaranteed next working day delivery

Delivery
We aim to dispatch the item on the same day that it is received; if the order is received too late for it to be processed and dispatched by the last collection time for the Royal Mail, then it will be dispatched the next working day

Delivery Charges
All orders of £50 or over will be delivered free of charge to any UK address.  All order which total less than £50 will incur a £2.50 postage and packaging charge. Any orders to the E.U. will incur an additional cost of £5. Any orders outside the E.U. will incur an additional cost of £10.

Back Orders
As we use a credit card payment handling company your credit card payment is taken as soon as you order online. If the item ordered is not in stock and available for immediate delivery, you will be emailed within 24 hours and told how long you may have to wait for the item to be backordered. You will also be offered an immediate full refund if you do not wish to wait.

VAT
Niche Pens Ltd is a VAT registered company and the VAT Registration number is 891 8489 60. All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of U.K. VAT which is currently 17.5%.

Credit Card Security
All online credit card handling it taken care of by Protx, a UK leading online credit card handling company. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.  Telephone orders will be processed through the Royal Bank of Scotland, Streamline system. Please note when ordering online via www.pelikanpens.co.uk we do not personally store your credit card numbers.

Guarantee
Many of the pens come with a 3 year international warranty supplied by Pelikan, the other items supplied come with a 1 year international warranty supplied by Pelikan.

Niche Pens Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
